I’m Andrew Corey, a product designer based in San Francisco focused on building AI-powered enterprise products that support high-stakes decision-making.

I specialize in designing workforce and planning systems that translate complex data and predictive models into clear, actionable experiences. My work emphasizes trust, interpretability, and usability in environments where decisions directly impact business outcomes.

At Aya Healthcare, I lead end-to-end design for Workforce AI, including Workforce Planning, Predictive Staffing, and Predictive Scheduling. My contributions supported $35.5M in enterprise contracts across 7 clients in 2024, with products used in executive decision-making and enterprise sales workflows.

Previously, I managed global retail programs at Levi Strauss & Co. building systems at scale across diverse user groups. This background allows me to bridge business strategy, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver products with measurable impact.
